من نحنWho we are
كنز منصة ولاء يستخدمها التجار لإدارة برامج الولاء لعملائهم. التاجر هو من يحدد برنامجه ويتعامل مع عملائه، وكنز يعالج البيانات نيابة عنه لتشغيل البرنامج.KNZ is a loyalty platform merchants use to run loyalty programs for their customers. The merchant sets its program and deals with its customers; KNZ processes data on the merchant's behalf to run the program.
البيانات التي نعالجهاData we process
- للعميل: رقم الجوال، والاسم وتاريخ الميلاد إن أضافهما، وعضويته ورصيده، والفواتير التي سجّلها (المبلغ والتاريخ والفرع)، والمكافآت التي استبدلها، وموافقاته.For customers: phone number, name and birthday if given, membership and balance, receipts recorded (amount, date and branch), rewards redeemed, and consents.
- لموظفي التاجر: الاسم والبريد والدور وسجل الدخول.For merchant staff: name, email, role and sign-in history.
- بيانات تقنية لازمة للحماية، مثل معرّف جهاز الكاشير ووقت العملية.Technical data needed for protection, such as the till device id and operation time.
- من تطبيق التاجر على الجوال: تقرير عطل فني عند توقفه المفاجئ (نوع الجهاز والنظام والإصدار وموضع العطل فقط)، دون أي بيانات شخصية أو بيانات عملاء.From the merchant mobile app: a technical crash report when it stops unexpectedly (device model, operating system, app version and where the crash happened only), with no personal or customer data.
لماذا نعالجهاWhy we process it
- تشغيل برنامج الولاء: منح النقاط واستبدال المكافآت وتحديث بطاقة المحفظة.To run the loyalty program: award points, redeem rewards and update the wallet card.
- منع التلاعب والاحتيال في النقاط.To prevent points abuse and fraud.
- الرسائل التسويقية فقط لمن وافق عليها، ويمكن سحب الموافقة في أي وقت.Marketing messages only to people who agreed, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
مع من نشاركهاWho we share it with
- التاجر الذي انضممت إلى برنامجه، وحده.Only the merchant whose program you joined.
- Apple وGoogle لإصدار بطاقة المحفظة وتحديثها، إذا أضفتها إلى محفظتك.Apple and Google, to issue and update the wallet card if you add it to your wallet.
- Google عبر Firebase Crashlytics، لاستلام تقارير أعطال تطبيق التاجر وإصلاحها.Google, through Firebase Crashlytics, to receive and fix merchant app crash reports.
- مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي يختاره التاجر بمفتاحه، عند تفعيله للمستشار الذكي، في حدود ما يلزم للتحليل.The AI provider the merchant chooses with its own key, when it turns on the advisor, limited to what the analysis needs.
- لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية لأي جهة.We never sell personal data.
الحمايةProtection
بيانات كل تاجر معزولة، والأسرار مشفّرة، وأرقام الجوال مقنّعة في الشاشات. التفاصيل في صفحة الأمان.Each merchant's data is isolated, secrets are encrypted and phone numbers are masked on screen. Details on the security page.
حقوقكYour rights
لك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو سحب موافقتك، وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. وجّه طلبك إلى التاجر الذي انضممت إلى برنامجه. تصدير البيانات وحذفها ذاتياً من لوحة التاجر قريباً.You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, under the Personal Data Protection Law. Send the request to the merchant whose program you joined. Self-service export and deletion from the merchant dashboard is coming soon.
