كيف يطلب التاجر أو الموظف حذف حسابه في كنز، وما الذي يُحذف وما الذي نحتفظ به ولمدة كم.How a merchant or staff member asks KNZ to delete their account, what is deleted, and what we keep and for how long.
من يمكنه الطلبWho can ask
كل من له حساب في كنز: صاحب المحل، أو موظف (مدير، مدير فرع، كاشير، محلل، مدقق) أنشأ حسابه عند قبول دعوة في لوحة التاجر أو في تطبيق كنز للتاجر.Anyone with a KNZ account: the shop owner, or a staff member (manager, branch manager, cashier, analyst, auditor) whose account was created on accepting an invitation in the merchant dashboard or the KNZ merchant app.
كيف تطلب الحذفHow to ask
من تطبيق كنز للتجار: الإعدادات، ثم «حذف الحساب»، ثم كلمة المرور، ثم رمز التحقق إذا كان التحقق بخطوتين مفعّلاً، ثم «احذف حسابي نهائيًا». أو أرسل رسالة إلى info@knz.world من البريد نفسه المسجّل به حسابك، بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب»، واذكر اسم المحل، ونرد عليك لتأكيد الطلب قبل التنفيذ.In the KNZ merchant app: Settings, then “Delete account”, then your password, then the verification code if you use two-factor, then “Delete my account for good”. Or email info@knz.world from the same address your account uses, with the subject “Account deletion”, and name the shop, and we reply to confirm before we act.
ما الذي يُحذفWhat is deleted
بيانات حسابك: الاسم والبريد ورقم الجوال وكلمة المرور وجلسات الدخول وارتباطك بالمحلات. وإذا كنت صاحب المحل، فإن حذف حسابك يغلق المحل فوراً فلا يستطيع فريقه استخدامه وتتوقف بطاقات المحفظة الخاصة به، وبعد 30 يوماً تُحذف إعداداته وبرامجه وفروعه وفريقه وبيانات عملائه في البرنامج.Your account data: name, email, phone number, password, sign-in sessions and your links to shops. If you own the shop, deleting your account closes the shop at once: its team can no longer use it and its wallet cards stop working. After 30 days its settings, programs, branches, team and its customers' program data are deleted.
ما الذي نحتفظ به ولماذاWhat we keep and why
الفواتير الضريبية وسجلات الاشتراك والدفع نحتفظ بها المدة التي يفرضها النظام في المملكة العربية السعودية (6 سنوات للسجلات الضريبية وفق اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام ضريبة القيمة المضافة)، ثم نحذفها. وتبقى العمليات التي سجّلتها في محل آخر (مثل نقاط أضفتها لعميل) ضمن سجل ذلك المحل، لكن بدون اسمك أو بريدك.Tax invoices, subscription and payment records are kept for the period Saudi law requires (6 years for tax records under the VAT Implementing Regulations), then deleted. Transactions you recorded in another shop (such as points you added for a customer) stay in that shop's records, without your name or email.

من التطبيق يُحذف حسابك فوراً ونرسل لك رسالة بذلك، وتُحذف بيانات المحل المغلق خلال 30 يوماً. وبالبريد ننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً من تأكيده، ونرسل لك رسالة عند الانتهاء.In the app your account is deleted at once and we email you, and a closed shop's data is deleted within 30 days. By email we complete the request within 30 days of confirming it, and email you when it is done.

إذا كانت لديك بطاقة ولاء في أحد المحلات، فبياناتك يديرها ذلك المحل: اطلب الحذف منه مباشرة، أو راسلنا على info@knz.world وسنحوّل طلبك إليه. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.If you hold a loyalty card at a shop, that shop manages your data: ask it directly, or write to info@knz.world and we will pass your request on.
